Initial Scoping
We connect, we discuss our capabilities of what we can or can’t do, we talk about your vision, goals, and learn more about your market. Then we come up with a solution that is tailored for your business and produce an agreement. Once this has been completed, we can start engaging.

DEPLOYMENT
We will assign project coordinators during the deployment process while keeping all parties informed on the project progress. Any escalations are dealt with immediately.

Support
Project managers are always available to provide support on an as-needed basis. Engineers will also be available for remote support or on-site support. All end-customer requests are directed back to our partner.

Training & documentation
